Role Description
This position is more focused on information and data management, reviewing and updating data. Comfortable performing repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with consistency.
Its main function is to ensure that data is correctly recorded, organized, and available for use in internal project processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
Enter data for the different products we work with, data such as SKU, product name, product color, genders, categories, etc., all related to products in the apparel industry.
File management such as PDFs, PNG or JPEG images, resources provided by clients including our own resource library.
Record updating for outdated information in current metrics, or changes due to client requests.
Perform QC of the same detailed information to other team members, attention to detail, as all data must be correct before moving to the production area
Technical Knowledge
Spreadsheet Management – Strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
Document Management – Ability to organize, maintain, and manage digital documents in a systematic manner.
