• Plan production and follow up with suppliers and customers
• Generate invoices
• Coordinate deliveries and stock movement
• Track inventory and maintain accurate systems
• Support forecasting and sales insights
• Follow up on payments
• Keep the team aligned on ongoing projects
The Person
• Strong with planning and numbers – confident with Excel
• Calm and organized when things get busy
• Confident communicating with suppliers and clients
• Enjoys working independently and taking ownership
• Interested in ethical local production and design
• Preferably 30 years or above with at least 2+ years experience in operations, production, or coordination.
Position Details
📍 Location: Nawala, Colombo
🕘 Full-time – Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
💰 Salary: Discussed based on experience at the interview
