Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our dynamic sales team around the country. In this role, you will play a key part in driving school stationery sales that includes pastels, glue & clay etc. Nurturing long-term relationships with local clients, including book shops, communication centers, educational institutes etc is also a responsibility. This is a rewarding opportunity for a proactive and ambitious sales oriented persons to earn very attractive sales commissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify local clients and pursue new business opportunities with them to sell our stationery products.
• Follow up on collecting dues on continuous basis
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Candidate Profile
• A male between 22-35 years of age
• Possess a valid driving license (motorcycle/dual purpose)
• 2–3 years of experience preferably in school stationery sales
• Strong communication in Sinhala and good interpersonal skills
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently with general IT knowledge.
