Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Voice Automation Specialist to design and build intelligent voice automation systems that can handle customer conversations, qualify leads, and schedule appointments automatically.
In this role, you will develop AI-powered voice agents capable of managing inbound and outbound calls, improving customer engagement, and automating business workflows.
You will work with modern voice and AI platforms such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, and VAPI to build scalable solutions for businesses across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
AI Voice Automation Development
Build AI voice agents capable of handling inbound and outbound phone calls
Create AI voice receptionists for automated call handling
Develop AI cold-calling systems for lead generation
Build AI appointment-setting voice assistants
Design conversational flows to qualify leads and capture information
System Integration
Integrate AI voice systems with CRM platforms including GoHighLevel
Configure and manage phone systems using Twilio
Integrate AI systems with calendars, SMS automation, and email workflows
Connect voice automation with external APIs and databases
Automation & Workflow Design
Build automation workflows for lead management and customer follow-ups
Connect voice AI interactions with CRM pipelines
Trigger automated sequences based on call outcomes
Optimization & Testing
Improve AI conversation scripts and voice prompts
Test and optimize AI call performance
Monitor call analytics and improve conversion rates
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience working with AI automation or conversational AI systems
Experience building voice AI solutions using platforms like VAPI or similar tools
Hands-on experience with Twilio for voice communication systems
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as GoHighLevel
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Experience designing automation workflows and business process automation
Familiarity with conversational AI and voice bot design
