Job Description:
Power Hands Plantation is seeking energetic and skilled individuals to join our Nittambuwa branch as Sales Executives. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products and investment opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize results
Requirements:
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Experience or knowledge in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Micro Credit, Banking, or Insurance fields will be added advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Age between 22 – 60 years

- විකිණීම් ඉලක්ක සපුරාලීම සහ ශාඛා වර්ධනයට දායක වීම
- ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සමඟ ශක්තිමත් සබඳතා ගොඩනගා ගැනීම
- නව ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සහ ව්යාපාර අවස්ථා හඳුනා ගැනීම
- කණ්ඩායම් සමඟ එකට කටයුතු කර ප්රතිඵල වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම
අවශ්ය සුදුසුකම්:
- G.C.E. උසස් පෙළ (A/L) සමත් වීම
- මූල්ය, වෙළඳකරණය, විකිණීම්, මයික්රෝ ණය, බැංකු හෝ රක්ෂණ ක්ෂේත්රවල අත්දැකීම් හෝ දැනුම
- හොඳ සන්නිවේදන, සාකච්ඡා හා අන්තර්පුද්ගල කුසලතා
- ස්වයංක්රීයව සහ කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස වැඩ කිරීමට හැකියාව
- වයස අවුරුදු 22 – 60 අතර
