Role Description

The Customer Relations Executive – Tamil/English role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nugegoda. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing client relationships, resolving customer service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires clear communication in both Tamil and English, fostering positive experiences for clients while addressing their needs promptly and effectively.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Proven expertise in Client Relations and Customer Service
  • Committed to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills in both Tamil and English
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a similar customer service or client-facing role is preferred

Basic Salary 40,000 – 150,000
