Voice services across Canada. We are expanding our operations and
hiring Customer Support Executives for our 24/7 customer support center.
🎯 Role Overview
The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, service requests, billing questions, and basic technical issues. The role requires coordination with technical and provisioning teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to email and support tickets
• Assist with service activation, porting, and troubleshooting
• Escalate technical issues when require
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Meet service level and response time targets
🔹 Work Schedule
• 24/7/365 Operations
• 4 rotating shifts
• Includes weekends and public holidays
• Shift-based scheduling
🔹 Requirements
• 1–2 years customer service experience (Telecom/ISP preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of internet/VoIP services
• Good computer and multitasking skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts
