Position: Tour Operator
Location: Katunayake
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage custom tours for clients based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide expert recommendations on Sri Lankan destinations, activities, and accommodations.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and tour guides to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Offer exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with the promotion and marketing of tour packages.
• Handle bookings, itineraries, and ensure clients are fully prepared for their trip.
• Stay up-to-date with new trends in the travel industry and Sri Lanka’s tourism offerings.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry (tour operator, travel agent, or similar roles).
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka’s tourist destinations, culture, and attractions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for travel and customer service.
Preferred Locations:
We encourage candidates who are residents of Ja-ela, Negombo, Katunayake, and Minuwangoda to apply.
