Food And Beverage Executive

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, bar, IRD, and other service areas.
Uphold service standards that reflect The Postcard’s commitment to genuine luxury and guest delight.
Supervise service teams, ensuring discipline, grooming, and high service readiness at all times.
Assist in training team members on service techniques, etiquette, and brand standards.
Handle guest feedback with composure, offering effective solutions and personalized attention.
Monitor inventory, requisitions, and cost-control measures aligned with operational efficiency.

Qualification and Experience

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining environments.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in guest interaction.
Strong understanding of service styles, wine knowledge (preferred), and menu familiarity.
Ability to lead teams with elegance, discipline, and calmness under pressure.
Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and refined service behaviour.
Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering elevated guest moments.
