* Master’s degree in similar field with complimentary general management skills will be an added advantage.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance within the food or dairy manufacturing industry,with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the dairy sector.
