Overview
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices, especially for food and beverage items.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and basic food safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily work.
- Handle damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience; F&B / FMCG preferred.
- Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Basic team supervision experience.
- Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory system).
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
