Overview

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices, especially for food and beverage items.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and basic food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily work.
  • Handle damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience; F&B / FMCG preferred.
  • Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Basic team supervision experience.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory system).
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
