Job Overview:

Are you a dedicated and customer focused individual passionate about delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment? Join our growing team as a Customer Service Associate and provide assistance to global merchants ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

·        20-35 years old candidates are considered.

·        Possess a diploma, or above.

·        Academic Status: Must have graduated and completed all studies. Current students or those enrolled in any ongoing academic programs (including weekend or part-time courses) will not be considered.

·        Shift Availability: Must be fully available for a rotational shift-based schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

·        No Schedule Conflicts: Must be able to commit to full-time employment without any interference from other educational or personal commitments.

·        1–2 years of experience in IT or customer service is preferred (Fresh graduates with full availability are also welcome).
