About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate QA to join a leading manufacturing organization in Dippitiya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on products and production activities.
Identify quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Support internal audits and compliance activities.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
Analyze quality data and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
✔ Degree or Diploma in Quality Management or a related field.
✔ Experience in Quality Assurance within a Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
