Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Medical Representative to join a leading cosmetics company based in Nugegoda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to travel for client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the company’s cosmetic and healthcare products to customers and business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and retail outlets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up support.
Requirements
✔ G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
✔ 1–2 years of experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Cosmetics sales will be an advantage.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
✔ Valid driving license.
✔ Ability to travel for field visits and client meetings.
