🔑 Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell life insurance products to clients.
Achieve monthly premium collection targets.
Recruit and manage Advisors to strengthen the sales force.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
🎯 Candidate Profile
Age: 25–40 years.
Minimum qualification: G.C.E. A/L.
Prior experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and willing to take initiative.
