We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing operational support to various departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative activities.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain staff rosters.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
Assist with correspondence, reports, and office communications.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
Handle general office administration and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Monitor and update administrative databases and reports.

Requirements
Minimum HND in Business Administration, HR, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination roles is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
