We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining records, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily administrative activities.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and staff rosters.
Maintain accurate records, documents, and databases.
Assist with office correspondence and report preparation.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Handle inquiries and provide administrative support to staff and clients.
Ensure office procedures and documentation are maintained effectively.

Requirements

Minimum HND in Business Administration, HR, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination roles will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
