Overview
Key Requirements
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision within the construction or interior industry.
✔ Experience in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, and Interior Fit-Out Projects.
✔ Experience in Steel Structure Works will be an added advantage.
✔ Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
✔ Ability to read and understand construction drawings and shop drawings.
✔ Good knowledge of site execution, material handling, and quality control procedures.
✔ Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
✔ Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
✔ Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
✔ Possession of a valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and labor teams.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
Report project status to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Handle client and consultant site inspections.
