Overview

·       Supervise daily construction activities across assigned site areas to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

·       Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor teams, and site workers to ensure efficient task execution and productivity.

·       Monitor site progress and report daily work updates, manpower deployment, and productivity status to the Line Manager.

·       Ensure all construction activities comply with project quality standards, safety regulations, and approved procedures.

·       Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical, quality, and execution issues promptly.

·       Liaise with site engineers and project management to clarify drawings, resolve site conflicts, and ensure smooth workflow.

·       Ensure proper material utilization on site and coordinate with storekeeper for timely material availability.

·       Monitor manpower attendance, discipline, and work allocation to ensure optimal site performance.

·       Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements at all times.

·       Assist in planning daily work schedules and sequencing of construction activities.

·       Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization standards are maintained across all work fronts.

·       Verify completed works and support measurement, progress tracking, and quantity verification activities.

·       Identify delays, bottlenecks, and risks and escalate them to the Line Manager with recommended actions.

·       Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used correctly and safely on site.

·       Coordinate with QA/QC teams during inspections and ensure timely closure of snag items.

·       Maintain daily site reports including progress updates, manpower, equipment usage, and issues encountered.

·       Support implementation of construction methodologies and ensure adherence to approved project schedules.

·       Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and coordination discussions.

·       Perform any additional supervisory duties assigned by management.
