Customer Support Assistant
Join our team
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, timelines, and concerns
- Handle live chat inquiries and respond to customer requests promptly
- Manage CRM systems and assist with marketing activities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Prepare regular status and progress reports for management review
- Ensure all company processes and procedures are followed correctly
- Handle daily communication with clients through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and live chat
- Build and maintain strong and professional client relationships
Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with 6 subjects, including a Simple Pass (S) in English
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level with 3 passes in any stream
- Average verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage client interactions with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle Live Chat and CRM systems
- Experience in customer coordination, client service, or project coordination will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
