Operations Executive
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team.
This is a multi-functional, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment. You will be the operational backbone — managing daily processes, liaising with
customers, merchants, and vendors, verifying transactions, resolving queries end-to-end, and
ensuring SLAs are consistently met and take on ad-hoc tasks as business needs evolve.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
‣ Act as the primary point of contact for customers and merchants — handle inbound queries,
resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience across all touchpoints.
‣ Manage day-to-day operational workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external
parties to maintain seamless service delivery.
‣ Build and maintain strong working relationships with multiple vendors; monitor commitments
and follow up proactively.
‣ Track and maintain SLAs; identify bottlenecks and take a smart, data-backed approach to
continuous improvement.
‣ Verify and reconcile transactions daily, ensuring accuracy and flagging discrepancies in a
timely manner.
‣ Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments — research, data collation, process documentation,
and coordination — as directed by management.
‣ Escalate high-priority or unresolved issues to the right stakeholders without delay.
REQUIREMENTS
‣ Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc or equivalent)
‣ 0–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or a similar role
‣ Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Google Sheets (formulas, filters,
pivot tables)
‣ Languages : English Sinhala and Hindi
‣ Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
‣ High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
‣ Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
GOOD TO HAVE ★
‣ Knowledge of stock markets and financial instruments
‣ Familiarity with trading platforms or fintech products
‣ Prior experience in BFSI / Fintech operations
