Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with strong leadership skills? Join our manufacturing team as a QA Manager and play a key role in maintaining the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Quality Assurance (QA) operations and internal/external audits.
Manage the Quality Management System (QMS), CAPA processes, and product compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct staff training programs.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Agriculture, Bioscience, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/systems.
