Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence.
Lead brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Manage digital marketing initiatives and consumer engagement activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
Key Requirements
✔ Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
✔ Professional qualification in CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent.
✔ MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Management, or FMCG Marketing.
✔ Strong understanding of consumer marketing, digital marketing, and business development.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple brands and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
