Maintainance Staff
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our luxury villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep all facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repair work
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks
• Inspect and maintain villa facilities, equipment, and utilities
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
• Respond quickly to repair requests and emergencies
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
• Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
Candidates from Ahangama / Galle area are preferred
