Finance Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in finance or accounting functions and a good understanding of day-to-day financial administration. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, willing to learn, and able to support the finance team with accuracy and efficiency. Training will be provided to help the selected candidate develop their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily finance and accounting-related activities.
Prepare and process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle and maintain petty cash transactions and related documentation.
Assist with recording and organizing financial documents and receipts.
Support the finance team with data entry and basic accounting tasks.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance-related records.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices and payment-related matters.
Assist with preparing basic financial reports and summaries when required.
Ensure financial records and documents are maintained accurately and on time.
Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Female candidates are preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a finance or accounts-related role.
Basic knowledge of invoicing and petty cash handling.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
