Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Property Operations and Client Growth Executive to oversee property operations while driving client satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day property-related activities, coordinate with clients and service providers, maintain high service standards, and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand the business. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with digital collaboration tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, Airbnb management, property management, customer service, or real estate is mandatory.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and other basic digital tools.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to operations.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and tenants.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with service providers to ensure timely completion.
Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for client growth and retention.
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular reports.
Utilize WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and digital tools for communication, scheduling, and documentation.
Ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently maintained.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient property management services.
Perform additional operational and client support duties as assigned by management.
