Clean Co is an established commercial and office cleaning company based in Sydney, Australia, helping businesses across Greater Sydney maintain spotless, healthy workspaces. We’re growing our remote marketing team and hiring for the long term — with paid training and real career growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Social Media & GBP Specialist dedicated solely to Clean Co. You’ll own daily social media posting and Google Business Profile activity across all Clean Co locations — driving visibility, reviews, and quote requests.
What You’ll Do
Plan and publish daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube
Create and schedule Google Business Profile posts across all Clean Co locations
Respond to all reviews promptly and professionally on every GBP location
Design simple graphics and short videos (Canva, CapCut or similar)
Maintain a consistent posting calendar and brand voice
Track engagement and report weekly on what’s working
Coordinate with the marketing team on advertising and SEO initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Confident with Canva for graphics and CapCut (or similar) for short videos
Able to post across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X and YouTube
Willing to learn GBP posting and review replies — training provided
Good written English and an eye for clean, professional-looking posts
Organised and reliable — able to follow a daily posting schedule
Nice to Have
Experience in cleaning, trades, or local services
Basic SEO / local search knowledge
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
Tamil speaking is a plus
Requirements
Reliable computer/laptop, stable primary internet + backup
Quiet, professional work-from-home setup
The Details
100% Remote · aligned to Sydney business hours (AEST/AEDT)
Full-time, 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday — day shift only, no graveyard
LKR 40,000/month during the 2-month evaluation period, increasing to LKR 50,000/month after a satisfactory performance review
1-year contract, renewable · paid training · long-term role with a supportive team
