We’re Hiring: Growth Marketing Specialist

EyeCraft is South Asia’s leading iris photography brand, transforming the uniqueness of every
eye into timeless works of art. We’re looking for a driven Growth Marketing Specialist to help us
reach more people and grow our impact.

What You’ll Do
 Plan, launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
 Generate high quality leads and increase bookings.
 Develop marketing strategies for new product launches.
 Test creative concepts, audiences and offers.
 Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS.

What We’re Looking For
 Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
 Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
 Candidates will have an added advantage if they have experience in product launches and
marketing strategies.
 Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and campaign planning skills.
