Overview
Dulan Progiciel (Pvt) Ltd is hiring International Sales Representatives to support our global business development and client acquisition activities.
The role focuses on identifying and approaching potential business clients in international markets, including the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, and other approved markets, and introducing Dulan Progiciel’s software, automation, web, and business technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify suitable international business prospects
Identify business owners, founders, and relevant decision-makers
Conduct professional outreach through approved channels
Generate and qualify sales leads
Understand client requirements and business problems
Maintain professional follow-ups
Record all leads, communications, and activities in the company CRM
Participate in discovery meetings and sales discussions where required
Support qualified opportunities through the proposal and conversion process
Maintain professional communication with international clients
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence communicating with international business clients
Sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing experience preferred
Ability to research businesses and identify decision-makers
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-ups
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic computer and online research skills
Ability to use CRM and online communication tools
Professional attitude and willingness to learn technology solutions
Compensation
This is a commission-based contractual position with no fixed monthly basic salary.
Representatives earn commissions on eligible sales according to Dulan Progiciel’s approved Sales Commission & Incentive Structure. Additional performance incentives may apply subject to company policy.
Working Arrangement
Remote and flexible. Representatives may need to communicate with prospects according to international market time zones.
Training & Onboarding
Selected candidates will receive structured onboarding, sales training, company/service training, CRM guidance, outreach materials, and relevant sales resources.
