Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Achieve daily,weekly,and monthly sales targets.
- Process customer orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing
- 1 – 2 years of experience in sales, with some supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of sales and customer service.
