Overview
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administer personalized medical care, including managing transfers, medication management and daily care, tailored to the client’s specific health needs.
Monitor vital signs and health status closely, documenting changes and communicating them timely.
Travel alongside client back and forth frequently as and when needed.
Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patients maintain a high quality of life and personal dignity.
Manage intermittent catheterization in a sterile way.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1 year of hospital experience working with wheelchair bound patients and has worked in ICU or Urology.
Proficient in english communication and flexible in travelling.
