Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quantity Surveyor / Project Coordinator to support quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of BOQs, costing, quotations, and site measurements, along with strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

1–3 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying or Project Coordination is mandatory.

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Practical knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), costing, quotations, and site measurements.

Good understanding of construction processes and project requirements.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Good time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.

Conduct and record site measurements accurately.

Prepare, obtain, and compare quotations from suppliers and contractors.

Assist with project costing, budgeting, and cost control.

Coordinate with site teams, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and assist in ensuring work is completed according to agreed requirements and timelines.

Maintain accurate project, costing, measurement, and procurement documentation.

Assist with material quantity calculations and procurement requirements.

Identify and report cost variations and project-related issues.

Prepare regular project updates and reports for management.
