Nair Systems is currently looking for FDI Co-lending Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree from a recognized university preferably with a major in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, Business Analysis, Financial Services, or Transformation Programs, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
– Experience supporting lending transformation, credit initiatives, system implementations, or process improvement projects.
– Exposure to FDI, structured finance, co-lending, or corporate lending environments preferred.
Required Special Skills:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
– Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
– Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
– Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
– Personal integrity and self-management.
– Planning, organizing, and analytical ability.
– Results oriented.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
– Strong business analysis, requirements gathering (BRD/BRS), user stories, process mapping, and solution design skills.
– Knowledge of lending products, credit processes, loan origination systems, and loan lifecycle management.
– Ability to analyze complex business problems, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support transformation and system implementation initiatives.
