About the role
We’re looking for a Content Creator/Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, create, and grow our content across social platforms — and support marketing for the clients and productions that come through our studio. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be shooting, writing, posting, and tracking what works, not just planning campaigns on paper.
What you’ll do
Plan and execute a content calendar across social platforms
Create short-form video, graphics, and copy for social and marketing use
Track engagement, reach, and growth, and adjust strategy based on results
Generate and follow up on leads from social content, campaigns, and direct outreach — turning engagement (comments, DMs, inquiries) into qualified contacts for the sales/production pipeline
Support broader marketing efforts alongside the core production team
What we’re looking for
Strong instincts for what performs on social platforms — show us, don’t just tell us
Comfortable shooting and editing content yourself, not only directing others
Some experience with content calendars, scheduling tools, or basic analytics
Experience with lead generation or outreach — DMs, inquiry follow-up, CTAs that convert — is a strong plus; comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients, not just posting content
Based in or able to work on-site in Colombo
