Position: Digital Transformation Project Manager / Consultant
Location: Remote – APAC
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager / Consultant to manage client projects and help organizations improve their business processes through technology, AI, and automation.
You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to manage projects, understand business requirements, improve workflows, and support successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project workstreams from planning through delivery.
Track project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and actions.
Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders.
Conduct business discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
Map current and future business processes.
Create clear user stories and requirements for technical teams.
Identify opportunities for AI and business process automation.
Support implementation of AI-enabled workflows.
Lead client meetings and project discussions.
Prepare SOPs, user guides, and change-management materials.
Support user adoption of new systems and processes.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, PMO, or Technology Consulting.
Experience working with APAC clients or teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, or Traditional project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
Nice to Have
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Miro, or Lucidchart.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Exposure to AI tools or business process automation.
CAPM, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum certification.
Experience working with remote and multicultural APAC teams.
