Position: Senior Business Analyst / Enterprise Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Enterprise Consultant to support digital transformation and AI-focused client projects.
You will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and clients to understand business needs, improve processes, and turn requirements into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements.
Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping.
Perform fit-gap analysis across business systems.
Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
Conduct client discovery sessions and workshops.
Work with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and technical teams during implementation.
Support digital transformation and AI maturity initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field.
Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, procurement, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of AI, automation, and practical business applications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience conducting workshops independently.
Strong documentation and requirements-writing skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP, D365, Dayforce, Jaggaer, or similar systems.
Experience in healthcare, financial services, government, or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of AI governance or AI maturity frameworks.
Experience with process automation or digital transformation projects.
Relevant Business Analysis certification.
