Overview
Nair Systems is currently looking for Wholesale Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university preferably in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
– At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international or regional bank.
– Experience in Business Analysis, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Transaction Banking Operations, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
– Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, business requirements documentation (BRDs), and solution implementation.
– Exposure to corporate or wholesale banking environments, preferably within Qatar or the GCC market.
– Experience supporting digital banking, process automation, system implementation, or transaction banking transformation projects.
Required Special Skills:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
– Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
– Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
– Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
– Personal integrity and self-management.
– Planning, organising, and analytical ability.
– Results oriented.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
– Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering (BRS/BRD), user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation.
– Good understanding of Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Virtual Accounts, and transaction banking operating models.
– Experience with digital transformation, process automation, data analytics, UAT, and implementation of transaction banking platforms and solutions.
