Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate Trainee to join our BPO operations in Kohuwala. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business processes, handling assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper documentation, and following established company procedures and quality standards. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work night shifts according to US timings.
Qualifications & Requirements
GCE O/L qualification with a C pass or higher in English, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Willingness and ability to work night shifts according to US timings.
Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Candidates should be located within 15 km of Colombo.
Responsibilities
Perform assigned process-related tasks accurately and within given deadlines.
Maintain proper records and documentation related to assigned processes.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure smooth process operations.
Identify and report process-related issues to supervisors when necessary.
Maintain accuracy, productivity, and service quality while handling assigned work.
