Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager – After Sales to oversee and manage the after-sales operations of an automobile business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive after-sales services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the automotive after-sales domain.

At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior managerial capacity.

Relevant educational qualifications in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of automotive after-sales operations, service processes, and customer relationship management.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage teams and drive operational and service excellence.

Strong customer-focused approach with good business and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the overall automotive after-sales operations, including service, repairs, maintenance, and customer support.

Lead, manage, and develop the after-sales team to achieve operational and customer service targets.

Ensure high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Monitor service performance, productivity, revenue, and key operational indicators.

Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales revenue and customer retention.

Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient after-sales operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate corrective and improvement measures.
