Nair Systems is currently looking for FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
– At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
– Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Lending, Global Markets, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.
– Exposure to onboarding, cross-sell, operating model, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
– Experience supporting multi-product banking environments is advantageous.
Required Special Skills:
– Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
– Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
– Good understanding of Financial Institutions products and services.
– Knowledge of GTB, Lending, Cash Management, and Global Markets solutions.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
– Strong reporting and presentation skills.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
– Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.

Nair Systems is currently looking for Sales Coverage and Coverage Model - Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, Coverage, or Operating Model initiatives, preferably within a leading regional or international financial institution.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model design, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage environments is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.
Required Special Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
- Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
- Personal integrity and self-management.
- Planning, organising, and analytical ability.
- Results oriented.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), process mapping, user stories, operating model documentation, user story development, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of banking products, coverage models, client management frameworks, and wholesale banking data flows and architecture.
- Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
