Ability to learn and explain product features, such as silver and gold purity, lab-grown diamonds, certificates of authenticity, and warranty terms.
Previous retail or jewellery sales experience is an advantage, especially in premium or luxury brands.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to adhere to professional grooming and dress standards.
Minimum educational qualification at secondary school level; additional training in sales, retail, or customer service
