About the Role
Sentab Group of Companies is seeking a motivated, energetic, and target-driven Recruitment Officer to join our growing International Recruitment Team. We connect skilled and qualified candidates with overseas employment opportunities across Europe, the Gulf region, and other international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract suitable candidates for international job vacancies.
Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and qualification assessments.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
Communicate with candidates professionally and provide timely updates.
Coordinate interviews, document collection, selection, and candidate mobilization.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of candidate service.
Requirements
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate-handling skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of international recruitment or overseas employment processes is an advantage.
A proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
