We are looking for an Intern – Talent Acquisition to support the daily operations of the Kidseb Talent Team. You will help manage recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and enhance candidates’ first impressions of our brand.

Salary
Monthly stipend: Above LKR 50,000 with performance-linked increments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate notes.
• Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Prepare Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards.
• Support company events, campus programs, and career days.
• Create on-brand flyers and presentations for campaigns.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with confident written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
