As a Loan Resolution Officer, you will:

Work closely with brokers and their customers
Speak directly with customers to understand their loan concerns
Identify issues affecting loan approvals or settlements
Assist in resolving loan-related problems efficiently
Guide customers through the resolution process,Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times
Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
This role requires confidence in speaking with customers and the ability to explain financial matters clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone and email
Understand customer loan situations and gather required information
Coordinate between brokers, lenders, and internal teams
Help resolve documentation or eligibility issues
Provide updates to brokers on customer cases
Ensure smooth and timely loan processing

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
Basic understanding of finance/loans (preferred but not mandatory)
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Previous experience in customer service, banking, finance, or BPO is an advantage
