Overview

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Ai-CHA Sri Lanka.
  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content calendars.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and franchisees to produce marketing materials.
  • Support new store openings, franchise marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, sales, and store traffic.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Coordinate with HQ Marketing to ensure brand guideline compliance.
  • Organize events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Illustrator, and other marketing tools.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, franchise, or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel when required for store openings and marketing events.
