Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Documentation Coordination
· Coordinate all shipping documents with customers and BDA.
· Provide clearing documents such as catalogues, letters, and any required supporting materials.
Spare Parts & Service Coordination
· Receive and process spare parts orders and coordinate fulfilment.
· Handle service-related inquiries and take incoming service calls from customers.
· Plan and organise training programmes for customers when required.
Invoicing & Payment
· Support the preparation of service invoices.
· Coordinate and follow up on payment planning with customers.
Customer Service Support
· Support after-sales claims by monitoring progress and ensuring fast resolution.
· Provide documentation support to the sales team as needed.
CRM & Reporting
· Assist in updating CRM to ensure BDA is kept informed on project status and customer interactions.
· Maintain accurate records of service activities, orders and documentation.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in office assistant, customer service, sales coordinator or related roles.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
· Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Willing to travel to farm sites as required.
