Bellevue Chalets, a misty hillside retreat nestled in the heart of Ambewela, is seeking a full-time Resident Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for a dedicated and adaptable professional with strong hospitality expertise, leadership ability, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the smooth operation of the chalets, kitchen, and all on-site functions
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Supervise housekeeping and staff across all departments
Monitor costs, control expenses, and maximise revenue opportunities
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain high standards in housekeeping operations
(Knowledge in Food & Beverage operations is an added advantage)
General Requirements
Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in boutique or standard hotels
Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy with ability to handle finance records and stock updates
Full-time commitment (on-site accommodation provided)
