Job Posting: Guest House Room Boy Attendant In Mirissa
We are looking for a reliable Guest House Attendant to maintain 3 guest rooms and shared areas.
Responsibilities:
· Full cleaning of 3 guest rooms: change bedding, replenish supplies, remove trash, wipe all surfaces.
· Thorough sanitization of bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink).
· Keep shared areas (e.g., living room) tidy.
· Check room facilities (appliances, lights) and report issues.
· Assist with bedding counting, washing, and drying.
· Pepare rooms for check-in / check-out and handle guest arrivals/departures.
Requirements:
· Simple English conversations.
· 1+ years room clean experience; service oriented.
· Clean, neat, diligent, high hygiene standards.
· No undesirable habits (no drugs, no alcohol abuse, no criminal record, no party centric lifestyle).
· Respectful to guests, female, and your work.
Compensation:
· Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month
· Perfect attendance bonus: 2,000
· Schedule: 6 days/week, 4 days off monthly
· Sri Lankan New Year cash bonus
