Call Center / Customer Service Associate
- Fluent in English
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Typing speed of 25 to 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
- Prior experience is not required but will be an added advantage
- School leavers are welcome
- Ability to speak Arabic will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle emails professionally
- Possession of a diploma, degree, or professional qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Location: Dematagoda, Colombo 09
- Working Hours: Roster-based shifts in a 24/7 work environment (5 days per week, 9-hour shifts)
- Transportation is provided for late-night and early-morning shifts
- Attractive salary package: Up to LKR 100,000 based on experience and qualifications
