Commis Chefs (Levels 1–3)

Are you passionate about culinary arts and eager to build your career in a dynamic kitchen environment? We are currently seeking dedicated Commis Chefs (Level 1, 2 & 3) to join our growing team.

Commis 1 – Senior Junior Chef

As a Commis 1, you will play a key supporting role in the kitchen, working closely with the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie.

Key Responsibilities:

*Oversee daily mise-en-place and food preparation
*Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
*Support portion control and cost efficiency
*Handle tasks independently with minimal supervision

Commis 2 – Intermediate Level Chef

This role is ideal for candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience in the field who possess solid kitchen knowledge and are ready to take on greater responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist senior chefs in daily operations
*Manage preparation for assigned sections
*Support hotline operations when required
*Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained

Commis 3 – Entry Level Chef

An excellent opportunity for aspiring chefs to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist with basic food preparation tasks
*Follow guidance from senior kitchen staff
*Maintain cleanliness and proper organization
*Learn and develop essential culinary skills

Candidate Profile

*Recognized culinary qualification or hotel school training
*Relevant experience based on the applied level
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Passionate about cooking and continuous learning
